A year in social enterprise
Article Abstract:
Central Surrey Health (CSH) is a social enterprise started by the nurses and therapists of NHS in 2005 to provide health services at no profit. The enterprise has been a huge success because of the hard work and dedication of all the people involved in it.

The charity appeal
Article Abstract:
Working in charities holds greater appeal for nurses as compared to working in the government health services due to more time for patient care, less bureaucracy and better morale ultimately leading to an improvement in their quality of life.
