Sustain an infrastructure to support EBP
Article Abstract:
Leadership responsibilities for evidence-based practice (EBP) are essential to develop a practice culture that fosters application of evidence in day-to-day nursing care delivery. Developing and sustaining an organizational infrastructure to support EBP include, formulating focused functions for committees and councils of governance, cultivating patient and administrative roles, providing high-quality patient care and transforming the work environment.
