Targeting angiogenasis with a conjugate of HPMA copolymer and TNP-470
Article Abstract:
A conjugate of HMPA copolymer and TNP-470 is emerging as a new class of anticancer drugs. Thus, this new approach for targeting angiogenasis inhibitors specifically to the tumor vasculature may provide a new strategy for the rational design of cancer therapies.

The antioxidant function of the p53 tumor suppressor
Article Abstract:
The antioxidant function of the p53 tumor suppressor is studied. The results provide a new paradigm for a nonrestrictive tumor suppressor function of p53 and highlight the potential importance of antioxidants in the prophylaxis and treatment of cancer.
