The integration of clinical research into dental therapeutics
Article Abstract:
A study that would engage clinicians in the process of therapeutic innovation through clinical research is presented. The results show that dental practitioners should formulate hypothesis for further testing, to identify clinically relevant outcome measures and to contribute to the evidence base for clinical practices in dentistry.

The creation and development of the Dental Practice-Based Research Network
Article Abstract:
Practice-based research networks (PBRN) are being used by dental practitioners and academics to improve clinical practice. These PBRNs improve clinical practice by engaging dentists in developing studies directly affecting them and incorporating the results into clinical practice.
