People with busy work schedules can find time to exercise. The first step is to pick activities that are enjoyable and whether morning, after work or lunch time is a better time. Exercise can also be broken down into multiple short sessions throughout the day. Planning and exercise tips are presented.

Make sweat work for you
Article Abstract:
Sweat is not an indication of a good workout, and the pounds lost by sweating are almost immediately gained back. Sweating does little to rid the body of toxins. Saunas and steam rooms relax muscles and improve circulation but provide no cleansing benefits.
