Understanding the barriers to multiprofessional collaboration
Article Abstract:
The question whether 'new ways of working' in health care can survive in an environment with a long history of independent disciplines is explored and barriers to interprofessional collaboration are discussed. It is suggested that quality patient care can be achieved through multiprofessional collaboration.
