Using drama for dignity
Article Abstract:
Ruth Bailey, a senior nurse for practice development at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals Trust along with senior practice development nurse Caroline Davies have set up training sessions for nurses with an aim to resensitize nurses to situations where the patients' privacy and dignity is not maintained. Their workshop drew a positive response and the nurses reported that they found the experience inspiring.
