Self-reported frequent mental distress among adults-United States, 1993-2001
Article Abstract:
Poor mental health is a major source of distress, disability, and social burden and one in five adults in the United States has a mental disorder. The data from Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System surveys for 1993-2001 examined the prevalence of frequent mental distress among U.S. adults by race or ethnicity, socioeconomic status and sex.

Physical activity among adults with a disability - United States, 2005
Article Abstract:
The advantages that adults with some degree of disability gained through some moderate physical activity are discussed.
