Muscle and Fitness has become a medium for spreading the gospel of bodybuilding since its first publication in 1940. The magazine, founded by Joe Weider, has witnessed the rise to fame of such bodybuilders as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Larry Scott, Bill Pearl, Ronnie Coleman and Cory Everson.
