Twenty-three-year-old Harvard student Gina Ocon is currently embroiled in a battle for the custody of her three-year-old daughter Bailey. Gina gained custody and the right to bring Bailey to Harvard in May 1997. However, the child's father has renewed his petition to gain custody of the child.
