Article Abstract:
Yoga exercises improve the performance of bodybuilders during weight training sessions by enhancing strength and muscle flexibility. The mechanics of several Yoga exercises such as deep breathing, arm rotation, arm extension, rag doll and the T-pose are discussed.

The proper way for developing the chest is by pulling with your pectoral muscles and contracting the chest when doing chest exercises. Letting the arms take much of the weight would not lead to proper chest development.
