David Doubilet born in New York City, on November 28, 1946 is an underwater photographer having spent 100 days each year underwater, since the age of 12. He has many assignments for National Geographic to his credit ranging from giant mantas and the fluorescence of Red Sea corals to the underwater wreckage of the American World War II ship President Coolidge.
