Article Abstract:
The life of Fawcett Joy and her accomplishments as the oldest member of the US National Women's soccer team, often called as the 'ultimate soccer mom' and one of the best defender's in both US and world, are discussed. Joy happens to be the only US National team member to play every minute of the 1995, 1999 and 2003 Women's World Cup and of the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Women's soccer tournaments, and has brought prestige to women's sports in general and glorified Women's soccer, while raising three young daughters.

Jennie Finch, a softball star has won legions of fans since the mid 1990s as successively, a high-school softball phenomenon, a collegiate national champion and an Olympic athlete. She lead the University of Arizona Wildcats to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) softball championship in 2001 and has a dazzling NCAA record with 60 consecutive victories as a pitcher and won the Honda Softball Award, which honors the nation's best player, in both 2001 and 2002.

Jeff Kent, baseball player with the Houston Astros

Jeff Kent is believed to be one of the best hitting second basemen to have played big-league baseball. He is known to keep to himself rather than socialize with others and this has brought him lot of criticism.
