Rand Beers, Democratic political adviser and former U.S. government official

Rand Beers is a democratic political adviser and has spent more than three decades in various positions in the National Security Council (NSC) and the US State Department. He took two major risks in his life, first was as a Marine in Vietnam in the mid-1960s, and the second came in March 2003 when he quit his job as special assistant to President George W. Bush and senior director to combating terrorism, five days before the US invaded Iraq.

Winky Wright: Boxer

Ronald 'Winky' Wright became the first undisputed light-middleweight or junior-middleweight boxing champion in 29 years in March 2004 when he defeated 'Sugar' Shane Mosley at Mandalay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, Wright laid claim to the light-middleweight titles of all three major boxing federations namely, World Boxing Council (WBC), World Boxing Association (WBA), and International Boxing federation (IBF).
