Several American gas ranges that have gone through decades of transformation and reinvention with different fuels, features, and styles offered in the 20th century are presented. Some of them are Perfect Stove in 1906, Glenwood in 1927, Magic Chef in 1936, Western-Holly in 1951 and Frigidaire Flari in 1962.

Different types of glass doorknobs that have emerged after its origin in 1826 with reference to their shape and style are presented. Specific guidelines for using variety of styles of glass doorknob for giving the house a custom look and creating a distinct identify for the door are presented.

Traditional tubs

Some of the yester year bath tubs were intricately carved wooden cabinets lined with tin or copper, unlike the plain molded fiberglass tubs which are popular of late. Bathtubs took on industrial styling in the 1920s with an emphasis on clean lines over frilly ornament.
