Frase bought his one acre-property in the 1940s. Despite the development of Orlando, he has managed to sustain his three water lily 'ponds.' His water garden pools are lined with concrete coated with a waterproof paste. His main concern is water evaporation in Florida's hot and humid climate.

Planting a waterlilly
Article Abstract:
Water lilies can be sustained in a garden in a tub or small pool of water, provided they are exposed to five to six hours of sun daily. There are two kinds: cold hardy and tropical. Blossoms will last until the fall. Tips on treating roots and potting the plants are provided.
