Fragrant garlands come with a high price tag if purchased in a store, so using a combination of rosemary, lemon leaf, evergreen leaves, magnolia, and an additional mix of color with a ribbon of kumquats and dried citrus, one make beautiful decorative garlands. Some recipes for snacks and appetizers during the holiday season are presented.
