Love of the Lowcountry
Article Abstract:
The ACE Basin Task Force started in 1988 hopes to preserve the traditional ways of life on this land, which is located in the South Carolina Lowcountry. People come to this refuge for special events such as an annual fall hunt sponsored by the South Carolina Disabled Sportsmen where they get to fish, bird, study nature and also gain new respect for the relationship of land, humanity and wildlife.
