Pam Baggett and his partner have built their first 96-by-22-foot plastic-covered hoophouses and opened their nursery in 1998. Plants like Towering angel's trumpet blooms in successive flushes during winter, filling the greenhouse with power-sweet perfume and chartreuse-leaved plants offer therapeutic dose of sunshine.
