A model of multinational enterprise subsidiary staffing composition
Article Abstract:
A study on staffing composition of multinational enterprise's subsidiaries is presented. MNEs find it expensive to use the services of the staff from parent companies for foreign assignments. They are increasingly opting for personnel from either host country or some third country. A model suggesting an optimal composition of staff, comprised of those from parent country, host country, and third countries, is presented.
