Alan Bradley: Director of Human Resources, TI Group
Article Abstract:
Alan Bradley was recently selected to be the director of human resources for TI Group, a company which has reorganized to become an international engineering group focusing on specialized engineering businesses. Bradley began his career working for 10 years at Ford and moved on to British Leyland before starting his first stint at TI, leaving there to be group personnel adviser at Associated British Foods. Having returned to the downsized TI, Bradley's priority for the next few months is to examine the top 100 people at TI, profiling the jobs and the people. He anticipates looking for a more entrepreneurial type of manager, and believes that greater motivation will be needed in the form of incentives and share option schemes.
