Communicating your maturing employee stock ownership plan
Article Abstract:
A maturing Employee Stock Ownership Plan(ESOP) must be given due attention. The employers must regularly tell the long-term participants of the ESOP's recent developments. They should inform their employees that ESOP plays an important role in the company's retirement program. Information needed should be foreseen and conveyed through brief newsletters. Opportunities for employee participation should be maximized. Communication can insure that plan participants will savor the monetary value of their maturing ESOP.

Extending employee stock plans outside the United States
Article Abstract:

Therefore, American multinationals must examine the attitude of foreign employees before offering stock plans. The concept of stock plans is beginning to be accepted by developing countries in the Far East.
