Article Abstract:
E-learning is an interactive training that can be provided mainly by Internet or through corporate intranet, which also allows the users to access the course at their convenience. However, training through e-learning makes it possible that large number of employees can be trained at the same time and at a minimal cost as compared to the classroom training, and provides effective and consistent results.
