Emergent directions for human resource management research in Latin America
Article Abstract:
It is contended that the nature of human resource management (HRM) problems calls for a recasting of strategic HR on the basis of social contract theories. Hybrid management systems, social contracts, strategic HRM, etc. in Latin America are examined for the study.
