Article Abstract:
The article presents key findings of Organization Resources Counselors' "2002 Worldwide Survey of International Assignment Policies and Practices" study. Accordingly, the survey is based on the expatriate pay practices of almost 115,000 international assignees in three regions: Asia Pacific; Europe and the Middle East; and the Americas.
