Fairness perceptions and work attitudes revisited: roles of employee specialty, hospital level and ownership
Article Abstract:
Compensation in health care industry differs for employees. In a sample size from thirty Taiwan hospitals considering 2938 employees indicated that fairness perceptions and work attitudes differ significantly among them depending upon their specialties. Hospital level and ownership exert impacts on employees' fairness perceptions, although not on their work attitudes and a positive relationship is observed between fairness perception and work attitudes of employees.
