Fatalities land hotel groups pound sterling 400 000 fines

Two leading hotel chains Premier Lodge Hotel and Jarvis Hotels were fined pound sterling 400 000 in separate cases involving public fatalities after falls from height on their premises. One amongst the two cases has raised questions about the nature of personal responsibility in this type of incident.
