Female sales reps treated less favorably than male rep
Article Abstract:
A case of sexual discrimination is reported by a Bristol employment tribunal in three sales representatives such as Lancashire, Marsden and Cox against (1) Hardy (2) Gro-Well Feeds Ltd. In this case, three female sales representatives were treated less favorably than male sales representative in relation to their dismissals, company car provision and other matters, leading to a case of direct sexual discrimination.

Unfair discipline is sex discrimination
Article Abstract:
A Bedford employment tribunal in Myers v Southern Cross Healthcare Ltd finds a case of sexual discrimination. The tribunal cited no evidence that any of the male facilities managers had been subjected to disciplinary proceedings or criticized for not completing their audits.
