Fostering knowledge sharing through people management practices
Article Abstract:
Transfer of knowledge happens with sharing of knowledge. People management practices are necessary to foster knowledge sharing. Essential key variables of knowledge-sharing behavior are positive attitudes towards sharing knowledge and perception of norms for sharing. An attitude towards sharing is influenced by social capital, social dilemma and social exchange.
