Joint commitments are needed to tackle occupational ill health, agrees construction sector
Article Abstract:
Occupational health is a major challenge for the construction sector where an estimated 137,000 people in the construction industry suffered from an illness that they believed was caused or made worse by this job. Hence, in order to tackle the challenges in construction, closer partnerships are required and a best practice management solution for both employers and employees must be designed to reduce exposure to occupational health risks.
