Article Abstract:
The health and safety regulations have specified that the roadside workers, utility workers and the emergency workers must wear the EN471 compliant high visibility garments, which increase their safety from other approaching vehicles. These fluorescent and reflective garments are easily visible to the drivers driving the cars from a long distance and are also very much useful at nighttime.
