Labor-market pensions in Denmark
Article Abstract:
Danish companies are allowed to create labor-market pensions in addition to the state-provided pensions, supplementary pension and individual pension schemes. Labor-market pensions schemes have increased among companies which have entered into collective agreements with their employers, and have widened the pension coverage of Danish workers so that 80% are part of a pension plan. The agreement also stipulates the percent of contribution paid by employer and employee.

What's happening in Kazakstan: pensions in the steppes of Central Asia
Article Abstract:
The state of pension funds in Kazakstan is in its infancy. Since the country is still in its initial stages of economic privatization, services such as the social security system are not efficient. Pensions are paid late, sometimes taking as much as four months, and such problems result in a loss for beneficiaries because of the fast rate of inflation. There is still no legislation to govern pensions.
