The Group Health, Safety and Personnel officer Sharon Taylor realizes the dangers of working from ladders and stresses on cutting back the use of ladders. Ladders can be kept secure if tied at the top. Health and Safety Executive has published a booklet, which provides excellent guidelines on the use of ladders.
