Management by objectives-an effective tool for teamwork
Article Abstract:
The working and effectiveness of management by objectives (MBO) systems is discussed. The MBO system of a company in the construction supply industry is analyzed. The consequences for developing a model for MBO at team level and implementing effective MBO systems are also discussed.
