Managing for organizational effectiveness in sub-Saharan Africa: a culture-fit model
Article Abstract:
A model indicating a synthesis between indigenous cultures and modern management practices in sub-Saharan Africa is presented. It is suggested that African managers should use new management techniques but also eliminate cultural values which make effective management hard.

Understanding injustice-related aggression in organizations: a cognitive model
Article Abstract:
A cognitive model, which analyzes whether the perceptions of injustice can trigger aggressive behaviors in the workplace, is presented. The model analyzes the injustice threshold and psychological suspended sentence to explain individual employee reactions.
