Nursing poor recruitment with a marketing approach
Article Abstract:
Companies which use a marketing method to recruit employees will be more cost-efficient and cost-effective than the firms which only list job vacancies. The marketing method is based on what the needs and desires of the exact target group is and then what kind of opportunities are available which will attract the notice of the potential recruit. Research by the Newspaper Advertising Bureau centered on four elements crucial to the job selection process, they include: what are job priorities, what do nurses seek from the employer, the ideal sources of job change, and the information which should be included in an employment advertisement.

Article Abstract:
At various stages of a corporation's development, hiring needs may increase dramatically, as when a company enters a new line of business, wins a large contract or emerges from research and development into production. When the need for personnel seems excessive, personnel managers should: solicit the help of line managers (reminding them that understaffing affects them the most), establish a realistic staffing budget, and develop a task force committee to recruit personnel. Also discussed are the proper ways to use employee search firms and liberalized hiring procedures that can be followed to meet critical manpower needs.
