One size does not fit all: managing IT employees' employment arrangements
Article Abstract:
Information technology (IT) workers are previously believed to be homogeneous in their work values and preferred similar employment arrangements. Two studies were conducted in order to find a middle ground between a "one size fits all" employment arrangement and an individualized one. The results of both studies are discussed as well as their limitations.

When executives influence peers: does function matter?
Article Abstract:
The executives may, with practice and training, be able to make wiser influence-tactic choices and execute them better, if they are aware of their influence tendencies. This could help executives to gain better insights into the tactics used by peers when they are the targets of influence attempts.
