Organizational culture and human resources in the environmental issue: a review of the literature
Article Abstract:
The weakness of organizations business culture and their shortcomings in human resources in the process of environmental action is studied through an integration of the classical literature. The study shows that several environmental issues, such as managerial duties, environmental training and concern, environmental motivation and incentives may be important for the success of companies' environmental strategy.
