X-Rite, a color technology company headquartered in Grandville mired in the technology culture that once made it great, recognized that it had to move in a new direction, despite change resistance. The resultant outcome is fruitful, that led to gains in performance and productivity, and even the employees began enjoying coming to work.

Ethics in the workplace start with honesty
Article Abstract:
Ethics at work is a big concern and it precisely starts with people being honest in the workplace. Methods of fostering a work environment where it is safer to be honest are discussed and numerous studies that show how honesty strengthens teambuilding and improves morale, innovations, and productivity are illustrated.
