Strategic human resource management: integrating the universalistic, contingent, configurational and contextual perspectives
Article Abstract:
Value of the universalistic framework lies in the demonstration of the strategic importance of human resource management. A comprehensive model can be built by balancing necessary contributions and limitations, even though the four generic perspectives universalistic, contingency, configurational and contextual, approaches are different. In research field, the main objective is to present explosion of literature in a systematic revised state of the art.
