The Russian pension reform
Article Abstract:
The issues faced by the Russian Government to ensure the proper implementation of Russian pension reform are studied. A corporate-state partnership would be vital to the success of the reform and it is hoped that Russia with one of the highest literacy rates in the world, would become a productive place for international companies.
