NigeriaEs new pension reform act
Article Abstract:
The Pension Reform Bill became law on 25 June, providing for setting up of Pension Fund Administrators, Pension Fund Custodians and National Pension Commission. The new law will enable 10 million Nigerians to get benefits in addition to retirement pension. The new scheme, if implemented fully, will help raise annual savings ratio.

National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL) enacted regulations on whistleblowing activities of companies in France. The recommendations of CNIL on whistleblowing practices are presented.
