The dialectics of human resource management in Cuba
Article Abstract:
Research study applying dialectical theory to examine the institutional and organizational levels of changes are bringing in new human resource management paradigm in Cuban enterprises is presented. The emerging paradigm is largely influenced by the control of the state.
