The ins and outs of global sourcing
Article Abstract:
The US Department of Justice is tightening the immigration laws on corporations' ability to hire foreign workers for jobs in United States but these factors are making it increasingly difficult for the US companies to survive without developing and managing a global workforce. Many US companies are finding it difficult to hire skilled workforce within the country, as the labor pool is limited hence there is a need to expand the talent pool.
