The integration-differentiation puzzle: a resource-capability perspective in international human resource management
Article Abstract:
Recent research has looked at the management of human resource issues in international business. Particular attention has been given to ways of balancing a company's need for coordination and control against pressures to become more flexible and sensitive at local level. Decisions which must taken into account both integration and differentiation needs present companies with particular problems.
