Article Abstract:
The results of a survey conducted show that young workers in the Workplace Learning and Performance (WLP) industry are ambitious and highly educated. Regarding pursuing an industry certification, many participants had mixed reactions since they feel that certification is used as a replacement for broader general education but for some participants it gave an added competence in the field.
