United Kingdom: report on flexible working
Article Abstract:
A report on part-time and flexible work issues was published by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC). Findings from the study indicate that there is a significant pay gap between full-time and part-time employees. Despite the impact on career and salary people opt for part-time work out of need to balance parenting responsibilities.
