Whither SHE
Article Abstract:
Managing safety, health and environment risks (SHE) is required by Corporate Governance (CG), which although specifically applies to London Stock Exchange listed companies, has implications for all companies industry-wide. Research has revealed that companies which demonstrate optimum CG practices can expect investors to pay a premium for their shares. An overview of the importance of risk assessment and accident investigation is given, along with details of the new Civil Procedure Rules.
