Work experiences, work adjustment and psychological well-being of expatriate employees in Hong Kong
Article Abstract:
Regression analysis techniques were used in recent research into the experiences of expatriate workers in Hong Kong. It was found that role conflict can have a negative impact on how well an expatriate worker adjusts to new experiences, while support from colleagues and role discretion can have a positive impact. There is a need for further research into the impact of adjustment on the psychological well-being of expatriate employees.

Expatriate adjustment and commitment: the role of host-unit treatment
Article Abstract:
Research into the impact of perceptions of host ethnocentrism on expatriates' work attitudes indicates that perceived ethnocentrism is negatively linked with work adjustment and host commitment. It was established that perceptions of a responsive home-country mentor detract from work adjustment. Success in preserving the pre-assignment standard-of-living boosts host commitment, but weakens work adjustment.

Women and expatriate work opportunities in Australian organizations
Article Abstract:
The trends in getting opportunities for women expatriates in Australia based organizations are surveyed. One fourth of the top 500 organizations who participated in survey shows a limited number or women expatriates due to lack of female talent for available positions.
