Article Abstract:
A case study of corporate risk assessment of violence is presented. Staff are increasingly subjected to violent or aggressive behaviour, particularly in such settings as hospitals, and new strategies are required to protect staff and public alike.

Five ministers join up health strategy to dave 20 billion pounds

Proposed new modes of delivery of occupational health services in Britain are reported. Collaboration between different Government departments in the new strategy is forecast to save 20 billion pounds on current expenditures.
